Contact form submissions and inquiry correspondence are retained for a period of two years from the date of last communication. Client engagement records including contracts, project documentation, architecture documents, and communications are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus seven years following termination. Financial records are retained for seven years per Canadian tax law requirements. Server logs are retained for thirty days of rolling retention before being purged. Anonymized aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis and business planning.
